In Remembrance

Posted by Shawna (Regina, Canada) on 11 November 2007 in Architecture and Portfolio.

This is the cenotaph in Regina for the WW1 vets .
My dad was a WW2 vet. He died 19 years ago from cancer. He started his family later in life, we are young to be daughters of a WW2 vet. my dad was a very active member of his Legion and we loved spending time with him at the Legion Hall. We always went to the Remembrance day services as children and I still go to this day.

What a wonderful tribute, Both the words for your Dad and the remembrance for those who served.
