I thought that this series of images would be neat if I included the best untouched image as well as the HDR converted image. The left image is the untouched image and the right one is the HDR converted

That is really helpful to see the original. Thanks for including it. Are you using Photomatix and multiple exposures? I'm just about ready to buy that software after having playing with the trial a little bit...

Yes I am using Photomatix and yes multiple exposures, usually 3 exposures.
