Ghost town Planet

Posted by Shawna (Regina, Canada) on 9 July 2008 in Abstract & Conceptual and Portfolio.

Well I am back posting again. I needed a break. My excuse is that I did post at least double images for all of June, and I know that doesn't count in the grand total but...... that is my story!!
I was on a photographic holiday in Southwest Saskatchewan in early June (during the rainy season!!) (Saskatchewan doesn't have a rainy season for you foreigners but we had a lot of rain during the week we went shooting!!) There is a lot of ghost towns in this area but we didn't make it to all we wanted to. This was an abandoned house and yard that we visited.

Thank you for visiting my photoblog. I am supposed to post daily but sometimes life gets in the way. Please feel free to leave a comment anytime.

What a neat effect! It reminds me of the illustrations from "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint Exupéry.
