Shar from Regina, SK, CanadaSorry, my friend but don't care for the post treatment of this...but I think it would rock in high contrast B&W! 26 Feb 2009 6:25pm DenisSm from Prague, Czech Republici agree with Shar .... 26 Feb 2009 7:19pm @DenisSm: Thanks for your honesty, I try to put up a variety of post production, some things work better than others. I may like a different effect on the same image better but for variety sake I will post the different one. I am not offended by anyone's comments so comment away it is only your opinion and you have every right to your opinion. Can't wait to meet you in Regina!!! Susan from Fort Lauderdale, FL, United Statescool shot, but i think i'd prefer shar's idea too!! 27 Feb 2009 1:25am dogilicious from Millerstown, PA, United StatesI really like the post processing here. It would look great juxtaposed with a high contrast. 27 Feb 2009 1:49am DenisSm from Prague, Czech RepublicSharon, i understand your variety of postproduction and i know that you like it. If you would`nt you wouldn`t post. It`s really clear to me and i just can give you this hint...Follow what you like...play with postprocessing as much as you can. Take my comments just like a light hint mixed with attempts to have a bit fun while discussing....i never would write offending comment, because i know ppl are posting pictures, because they like their pictures......and i think it`s the most important thing in our hobby. 27 Feb 2009 7:52am @DenisSm: Not to worry, Dennis, I will still post what I like and not what others like!! Keep the discussion going it is great hearing everyone's comments. I know you can't please everyone so I won't even try. Pleasing myself is the only person who counts in the end!! :) DenisSm from Prague, Czech RepublicWell, :-), my silly keyboard mixed your nick and instead your nick Shawna my autocomplete add Sharon, i am sorry for my keyboard... but you know it was post for you :-)... 27 Feb 2009 7:53am Steve from Camdenton, United StatesI like the post processing on this image. As I came across it in your portfolio, I had to stop and take it in. It perhaps doesn't work on every photo...but here it is well done! Nice! 2 Mar 2009 6:11am |
